In this class with renowned ceramist and VisArts Studio Artist and faculty member Xiaosheng Bi, students will make traditional Japanese tea ceremony bowls. Students will learn how to add surface textures to their tea bowl design and incorporate natural elements as they create a display stand for their finished sculpture.
This class, which takes place on Saturdays and Sundays from 4-6:30 PM (excluding Memorial Day weekend), is for ceramics students at the advanced beginner level and beyond.
